Since I was a little girl I dreamed of being a creative. If you asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up, I probably said, "an artist."

I find inspiration in architecture, florals, textile design, and so much more. Capturing authentic emotion is always the goal. I love rich color, bright and joyful light, and clean lines. My hope is that all clients view their photos as heirlooms to pass down and not just photos to share on social media.

I am incredibly thankful to be able to do a job I love by serving my beautiful clients.

I visited my parents one weekend and went through a box of old photographs and mementos from my Dad’s side of the family. At the bottom of the box, I found the sweetest thing. My grandfather and grandmother were penpals during World War II. They had never met before he went overseas- he lived in California, she lived in Alabama. They fell in love through letters. This is an Australian shilling my grandfather wrote a love note on to send back to my grandmother during the war. “My darling love, wherever you go and whatever you do, remember my love will see you through. Sometimes the ways are rough and dark, but I will always keep you in my heart.”

My goodness, I LOVE, love. Just another reminder of why I do the job I do. I know behind every photo I take there is a story. Having the ability to capture other people’s love stories is truly such a blessing.

the importance of your story...

Being trusted to capture important moments in your life is not a job I take lightly. I want you to leave your session or wedding with timeless heirloom photos that are not only beautiful, but enable you to reflect on joyous memories. My main mission and goal is to deliver photos that evoke the joy and love you felt in these fleeting moments, to remember there is still so much love and beauty in this world.

Along with delivering photos, I want to make sure my clients feel comfortable in front of the camera. I want our time spent together to be stress free and enjoyable.
