Graduation photos are the best way to look back and remember your time spent in our small college town. No matter where you go or what you do with that degree, Tuscaloosa will always be the place you called home for these formative years of your adult life. Let's spend some time together capturing your memories at all the iconic spots on campus!
We can pop champagne at Bryant Denny, toss your cap at the President's Mansion...let's plan a session that's perfectly tailored for you.
Congratulations, and Roll Tide!
So you want to book me for your graduate photos? I’m so pumped. After receiving your inquiry, I'll send over my pricing information and a link to choose your session date and time.
Once your session date is chosen, I’ll send over a booking proposal. The booking proposal will contain an invoice for your $300 session fee and contract. Once the proposal is complete, the planning begins!
After the booking proposal is complete, I’ll send over a planning questionnaire so we can plan where on campus you’d like to spend your session time.
Around a month before your session date, I’ll touch base to go over your questionnaire + send over some information/tips to make sure you have a great experience! If you have any questions or concerns in between booking and session, you can always reach out!
The week before your shoot, I'll reach out to confirm our meeting details. If there is a chance of rain, I will touch base 48 hours before our session. My weather policy is to automatically reschedule sessions when there is a 50% chance of rain or higher. Other inclement weather (extreme cold, extreme heat, high winds, etc.) may also result in a session reschedule. I always monitor the weather closely, so if there is any inclement weather in the forecast, I will touch base before our session to form a game plan.
You can finally get all dolled up to celebrate your accomplishment. Don’t forget to grab your cap, gown, stole, cords, and all the regalia. I will provide a complimentary bottle of champagne, but feel free to bring your own! If you’d like to bring a friend or family member to tag along they are always welcome! I know sometimes being in front of the camera can feel awkward, but don't worry about having to pose yourself. It's my job to help your beauty shine. Just relax and have fun!
So the shoot is done and now you're ready for your photos! What's next? Within 24-48 hours I will send you a sneak peek of your photos. Around 3 weeks after your session you will be sent an online proofing gallery. From the proofing gallery you can select your favorite images for delivery. I will send over an invoice for your chosen digital image package.
After your invoice is paid, I'll finish up my final edits and send them over to download. Your images can be accessed through your online digital gallery. From your online gallery, you'll be able to view, download, and share your full-size, high-quality images. At this time, I'll also send over details about preserving your images through prints and albums.
There is a $300 session fee to book.
Digital images and prints are sold separately. Image packages begin at $600, with the average total client investment being around $1200.
Session fee does not include digital images or prints. All sessions are up to 90 minutes long. The session fee covers our pre-session consultation, styling assistance, photographer’s time and talent, and professional editing. Complimentary champagne is included.
For session pricing, please contact me.
You're welcome to bring a change of outfit! Just give me a heads up so I can bring my pop-up changing tent if needed!
I do recommend keeping the outfits at 2 max. Since it takes a bit of time to walk around to our different locations on campus, I don't want us to sacrifice a ton of shooting time for outfit changes.
It’s inevitable, sometimes bad weather just happens!
Typically, up to 4. The most popular options being Denny Chimes, President's Mansion, Bryant Denny, the "Roll Tide" bridge downtown Northport, your frat/sorority, or your main educational building.
If you'd like a couple of photos with your friend(s) that is no problem.
If any of your friends are graduating and want their own individual photos, you will need to book a group session instead!
Mary did my college senior pictures and I loved them so much! Not only were the pictures gorgeous, but Mary was so sweet and made the day amazing. 100% recommend!
